Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation 25 days or more before the check-in date, 100% refund. In case of cancellation between 15-20 days prior to check-in, 50% refund of the total booking amount. In case of cancellation in less than 10 days or no show, no refund will be provided.

Above cancellation policy is not valid for group bookings. Kindly check the group cancellation policy at the time of booking.

Terms and Conditions

• Check-in time: 1:00 PM & check-out time: 11:00 AM. Early check-in as per availability.
• Breakfast time: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM, dinner time: 08:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
• Valid photo identity proof is required at the time of check-in.
• 1 child (up to 5 years) per room is allowed to share a room with parents at no extra cost.
• Extra beds/mattresses will be charged as per requirement.
• Guests with special requirements during the stay (like food or other allergies, differently-abled etc.) shall inform the hotel about the same at the time of check-in.
• Extra adults will be accommodated with folding cot or mattress as per availability at extra cost.
• All personal services such as laundry, room service, telephone bills etc. will be on direct payment basis by the guests.
• Any damage to hotel property by guests will be charged directly from the guests.
• Hotel reserves the right to decline a booking.
• Pets are not allowed inside hotel premises.
• Any disputes are subject to Uttarakhand jurisdiction.
